thanks for detailed report. I was able to reproduce this serious bug. It will be fixed in next maintenance release 3.4.7, which will be released about 01/11/2010.

  • Allowed HTML tags: <a> <em> <strong> <cite> <code> <ul> <ol> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd>
  • Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
