In more common cases, if you need to specify more special parameters, you can use "Generic database connection" in connection type dialog, then select provider "System.Data.OleDb", on next page at first select provider (eg. Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0), fill file name, password and on the last page cvoose Database as (Default database) and dialect MS Access.
Hope this helps...

Hello, in DatAdmin 3.2.3
Hello,
in DatAdmin 3.2.3 there is no simple posibility to achieve this.
In the newest beta, http://datadmin.com/beta/datadmin-3.3.1114.exe, you can directly enter password into MS Access connection wizard.
